In October of 2018, David Carter was reported missing by his family. He was later found dismembered along a highway 100 miles away from his home. It didn’t take police long to look into his girlfriend, Tammy Williams, but by the time they had enough evidence to charge her, she had gone on the run. She is currently the only female on the U.S. Marshals' top 15 Most Wanted Fugitive List.

Tamera “Tammy” Renee Williams is 5’5 and weighs about 190 pounds. She has a large rose tattoo running from her shoulder down her left arm and may have blonde or black hair. In July 2022, Strongsville, Ohio police responded to a car crash where three occupants, including Mackenzie Shirilla, Dominic Russo, and Davion Flanagan, were found. On July 20, 1971, at around 1:30 am, 24-year-old Rita Curran was found dead in her bedroom. She had been sexually assaulted, beaten in the head, and strangled. It was estimated that Rita was killed at around midnight on July 19. For decades, Rita’s murder went unsolved. Then, in February 2023, a DNA match led detectives to Rita’s killer: William DeRoos.
