It is a parents duty to ensure the safety and well-being of their child. This includes exercising the utmost caution when it comes to welcoming people into the home. Unfortunately, some parents put their own needs before the safety of their children, and in Haverfordwest, Pembrokeshire, Wales, in July 2020, a disturbing incident highlighted this harsh reality.
