Stretch and His Leash

Stretch is a wiener dog on a mission to show the world he is the alpha dog.  He knows he can defend himself and his master Stilts (a giraffe) from all harm…until he comes face to face with Wolfie, the meanest dog on the block.  How can such a small dog defend himself against such a big enemy?
