April 10th 2009 - The police cadaver dog indicated to a spot in the garden of the property in Amelia County, Louisiana that the police had been told to look for the remains of a previous resident, last seen in 1994.
They started digging and soon turned up a striped sheet and wrapped in that sheet was what appeared to be a body. This was swiftly removed from its unofficial resting place and examined.
The body was missing a lower leg, police expected that as the resident had been registered as a disabled amputee.
What they didn’t expect was that the body was missing its head.
This week we discuss: Murder, Financial Fraud, Dismemberment, Unlawful Burial
