Join me, Alison Elizabeth as we read out of Romans 8:37-39 which says " 37 No, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him who loved us. 38 For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, 39 neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord."
"These verses are beautiful reminders and should be stables in everyone’s life. We are more than conquerors through Him who loved us. The beauty of this passage is that it talks about how much he loves us. Because he loves so so much, because there is NOTHING we can do, or be, or go, that would separate His love for us.
This means that in our day today, we can face different obstacles, and make stupid mistakes but still come back to the one truth. That he loves us no matter what. This doesn’t give you a hall pass to become an awful person, but this serves as a reminder that when we work hard we can conquer all things. That includes all goals, and resolution.
We should all strive to be better in the new year. To learn more from God everyday. With Him and His love we can accomplish great things.
I pray as we go about our day we remember His love, His goodness, and His strength that we can lean on. No matter what you face, new classes at school, weight loss goals, new job on the horizon, career changes, what ever it is, we are conquering through Him."
