This verse serves as the foundation of today's devotional, titled "Tell Your Neighbors All About Him". No matter how cast down your soul may be, God is there for you. He sees your pain and your tears, and He is near broken-hearted. Keep your hope in Him, and you will praise again. You will dance again. God is a good Father, and His goodness is constant.
