Attachment Disturbances in Adults by Daniel Brown and David Elliott: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B016APOD0G I can't recommend this enough. It is a thick book at 700 some pages, and written for clinicians. My favorite part of the book was transcripts they included of a patient who the therapist was able to reintegrate all her dissociative alter egos into one cohesive ego, which became a model for my view of the "purpose of life," essentially that cosmic parts work I talked about.
