With regards to experiencing a vibration in the body during an STE, I suggest to Adam (who posed the question to Chas for this episode) and anyone else curious about this phenomenon to read Robert Monroe’s book “Journeys Out of the Body.”

Monroe (founder of the Monroe Institute) describes this phenomenon as he experimented with development of his “Binaural Beats, Hemi-Sync” recordings. If you aren’t familiar with these recordings you should explore them and the Monroe Institute. More recently, Dr. Eben Alexander and Karen Newell are developing similar recordings.
