In the summer of 1955, Phillip H ad his brothers were hit by a pickup truck driven by a drunk driver. He found himself out of his body asking, “Where are my brothers?” In 1959, Diane S woke up in the morgue, naked and paralyzed. A nurse heard her crying and shouted, “Oh my God!” Diane lost consciousness and felt that someone else was in her body with her. In December of 1945, Ernestine was in a motor vehicle accident that crushed her pelvis. She “was lifted and surrounded by marshmallow-soft LOVE.” Several people whom she did not know looked up at her and said, “This is the real world. We’re the real people.
