Interview With "Nitram" Director, Justin Kurzel

Justin Kurzel has become one of Australia's leading filmmakers delivering memorable films such as "Macbeth" and "The True History Of The Kelly Gang." His latest film, "Nitram," captures a dark moment in modern Australian history pertaining to gun violence and mental health. The film had its world premiere at last year's Cannes Film Festival and has since gone on to win the Best Actor prize for its star Caleb Landry Jones and eight AACTA awards, including Best Film & Best Director. Justin was kind enough to take a few minutes to discuss what drew him to the project, working with Landry Jones, what he hopes audiences will take away from the film, and more.
