You think you have to take on more. How do you keep running at this pace? I've got a friend with me today, Josh Joines, who pastors a church in Baytown, Texas with unbelievable excellence. He and his wife, Kara, have one of the fastest growing churches in America. In a time when the whole church world is still recovering from COVID, their church grew almost 2000 people in just one year. Well, I'm glad that they could do that because they wouldn't have been able to do that if Josh hadn't learned to slow down, live in rhythms and not balance. Now, he coaches other people to establish healthy habits in their lives and in your life so that when we get through a rough patch because, when that happens, our rhythms sustain us through the difficult times.
