#4: The Rescue, The Ripperdoc, and The Ride

The life paths have converged and now we start our first day in the life of a Night City merc. In this episode we cover the first half of the prologue as we discuss the first three main missions: The Rescue, The Ripperdoc, and The Ride. Before that, however, we need to revist the Corpo opener. Jaa has played through it and feels Bob missed a few things.

The game gives us a double dose of tutorial as we work with T-Bug in a training construct, and then get to put it to use as we save a kidnapping victim. We also get our first taste of how different choices can effect outcome. We meet our first Ripper doc to help fix a glitch in our system and get upgraded cyberware up to meet with the best fixer in the city: Dexter Deshaun. We're making our way to the big leagues, as Jackie likes to say.
