The full moon offers us a time to think about what's come full circle over the last 28 day cycle. What's come to fruition in our lives and what do we need to release? Use the full moon's energy to help you release that which you no longer need. This guided meditation will assist you in working with the full moon's Divine energy. It's best to do it once a day (or night) for a few days leading up to the full moon and on the actual day/night of the full moon.   Blessings to you as you release!
