Truth be told, I hate the thought of another animals life having to end in the never ending pursuit of satisfying my hunger.

I often contemplate my values and morals whilst biting into a KFC zinger tower burger, and deeply regretting the decision once finished.

So when I read that we share a lot more similarities  with our fruitarian, planet sharing hominids like Orangutan and Chimpanzees, it made me think that the guilt I had felt while eating the processed pile of poultry was a genetic memorial echo talking to me. Who knows.

Well today’s guest knows.

He knows that he hasn’t felt better at any other time in his life than right now, years into his fruitarianism. EyeAm Light or Light, for short, comes on the show to discuss so many fascinating aspects of his research regarding health and the way we can reclaim it.

Living on a farm in Hawaii is quite the experience, and coaching people on how to become a healthier and happier human is even more so.

His attitude towards life is infectious and his knowledge even more so, we discuss things like: Iridology - the science of examining the Eye to reveal bodily ailments, how the world population  actually only consists of Brown and Blue eyes on different levels.
