In this episode, I talk all things Nordic Shamanism with Maria from Hyldemors Have. Maria is an experienced practitioner and teacher of Nordic shamanism in Scandinavia. Maria shares how she got started, her knowledge and experience with this pre-Christian shamanic practice of Scandinavia; Seidr, with Utiseta, her daily practice, working with spirit allies and working closely with nature, the Nordic myths, the tools; drum, rattles and staff, and the vølve / volva. Maria studies and teaches along side Annette Høst at Scandinavian Center for Shamanic Studies.
