This podcast episode is all about the BL "Love in the Air: Koi no Yokan" (2024), the Japanese remake of the Thai Drama of the same name: "Love in the Air (2022)," created by MAME. Starring: Nagumo Shoma, Hamaya Takuto, Suzuki Asahi and Nagatsuma Reo. I go over my favourite scenes from the show and how they compare to the Thai version - I also talk about the performances from the actors and how they're bringing in the chemistry!!
This BL coming out of China is another dark horse for one of the best this year (I've been saying this a lot lately)! Blue Canvas of Youthful Days stars Guo Jia Le, Zhang Xuan Yu, Xiao Zi Zhuo and Yao Xing Hao. This was a real treat for me & here's hoping that the show after episode six is still as gripping as it has been!
I have been bewitched by this crazy show and I'm taking you all with me! This is my FOURTH podcast about the c drama romance/office Rom Com - "Only For Love," Starring Dylan Wang, Bai Lu, Miles Wei and Liu Dong Qin. I truly have a love/hate connection with this show and for some reason refuse to quit it - so take a listen as I continue to defend my madness in not letting this go. *Spoilers ahead - if you even care at this point😭
This podcast episode is all about the k drama, KBL - "Let Free the Curse of Taekwondo," starring Kim Nu Rim, Lee Seon and Jang Yeon Woo. This a final review for both episode seven and eight AND for the whole series. My likes and dislikes with some spoilers.
I go more into about 67th The Grammys ceremony & the current nominations that are out for 2025 and whether I think BTS should care about the snubs.
There's also news out that the BTS comeback has been pushed back to 2026 and I go into more detail in this podcast episode about how I feel about that...
I refuse to let "The Double," starring Wang Xing Yue and Wu Jinyan GO, so I've done another podcast on some the of best scenes from the show (my personal favourites from this c-drama). There will be spoilers ahead.
This is a mini podcast episode about the K drama/BL "Let Free the Curse of Taekwondo," starring Kim Num Rim and Lee Seon. This goes into more details about episodes five and six of the show and some of the actions of Do Hoe in particular that hasn't been great to see. This show is so beautifully complex and Hwang Da Seul is really doing her thing in this...
I'm doing an overall review of the first six episodes of the slice of life k drama, "Family by Choice," starring Hwang In-youp (who is INCREDIBLE in this), Jung Cha-yeon and Bae Hyun-sung.
This show is based off the c drama "Go Ahead" and has a lot of found family themes that I talk about in this podcast!
This podcast episode is all about "The Story of Pear Girl," starring Zhao Lu Si and Liu Yu Ning. I give you both a spoiler free overview and a more in depth spoiler filled first impressions of the first two episodes of the show and if I think it's worth checking out!
This is a little goofy podcast episode on Jin's recent appearance on the variety show, #KStarNextDoor featuring the host, Jonathan Yiombi. I talk about this cute episode that aired on YouTube Oct 29, 2024 and get into the craziness that Jonathan actually HAS Jin's personal number and what he chooses to do (or more accurately NOT do) with it!
This podcast episode is all about the new k drama, BL "Let Free The Curse of Taekwondo," starring Kim Nu Rim, Lee Seon and Jang Yeon Woo.
This is a mini review of the first four episodes of the show with some spoilers that I warn about ahead of time.
This is another BTS focused podcast that features a bunch of topics. Jin's new song "I'll Be There," will be coming out soon (Oct. 25, 24) with a music video, J-hope is back (#2seok) and threw out a first pitch. Plus this podcast was inspired by a twitter thread on (some) ARMY's wanting a potential CYPHER Five to be penned by the group when they're all back from the military - and how some reject that notion due to the recent controversial events that have taken place.
I decided to do a podcast about my all time favourite Bl shows to watch that are super short, that have amazing rewatch value. These are great to watch anytime of the year, but you may find that these are really cozy for the fall and upcoming winter season. Some of these are old and others are very recent.
My next c drama fantasy/romance watch is 2024's "Kill Me Love Me," starring Wu Jin Yan and Liu Xue Yi. I ADORED 'The Double' and have talked about it a lot on this podcast, so my hope is that this drama will fill the gap that TD has left. This is my first impressions/review of the first three episodes. Spoilers included.
It's Jimin's Birthday today (technically yesterday) and I wanted to do podcast in honour of that. I get into the latest talk in Bora Land about the submissions that BTS made for potential Grammy nominations for The 67th Grammy awards in 2025 and whether I think they should still care about winning them. Plus all the craziness surrounding the rerelease of Jin's SuperTuna!
This podcast is all about the fantasy, crime k drama "The Judge From Hell," featuring Park Shin-hye and Jae-young Kim. Keeping in mind some content warnings from the show (graphic DV), it is incredibly intriguing and has a potential romance that's super compelling. This is kinda of a recap/first impression of the show and its first three episodes (with some spoilers).
This episode is about the newest BL, "Bad Guy My Boss," that was adapted from the novel of the same name "Bad Guy (My Boss)."
The show stars James Hayward Prescott and Kad Ploysupa*
I'm mostly doing a recap/first impressions review of the first episode and how I was left mostly confused???
I'm once again watching the modern romance c - drama "Only for Love," starring Dylan Wang, Bai Lu, Miles Wei and Liu Dong Qin.
I watched the first twelve episodes awhile back and now I'm up to sixteen episodes. And this show is still crazy. Crazy but utterly fascinating...
This podcast episode is all about BTS today and all the chaos I've observed this week in Boraland: Jin becomes the ambassador of Laneige, attends Gucci fashion show with controversy and J Cole's verse in his new song stirs up more conversations about BTS paving the way and the kpoppies not liking it one bit.
This podcast episode is all bout 'The On1y One,' starring Liu Dong Qin and Benjamin Tsang and the bittersweet cliffhanger of episode 12. This episode is a review of the entire season/series? and a more in-depth discussion on the choices that were made that came to the final conclusion of this little Bl and if there will be a season two
This podcast episode is both a first impressions and mini review of the newest k drama romance, "No Gain No Love," starring Shin Min-a and Kim Young-dae (along side Lee Sang-yi and Han Ji-hyun). This show has SO much going for it and it's giving me all the k drama ROM COM feels that I've been HUNGRY for all 2024! *Some spoilers ahead but I do warn in advance*
This podcast episode is all about "Jack & Joker: U Steal My Heart," starring Yin and War.
I've been waiting for so long for this to air and I have a lot of thoughts about the first episode!
This podcast episode is all about 'The On1y One' and specifically episodes 7 & episode 8 (spoilers ahead!).
This magical show starring Liu Dong Qin (Sheng Wang) and Benjamin Tsang (Jiang Tian) is so special to me and I had to take time to gush about it some more!
I wanted to talk about this amazing BL "The On!y One," and why I think it can potentially take the crown from my other little taboo favourite of this year, "Unknown." Starring Liu Dong Qin and Benjamin Tsang - this show I believe deserves a second season and hopefully this podcast will spark your interest to give this a shot!
This podcast episode is all about past and current C dramas airing now that are great to start watching after "The Double," starring Wang Xingyue and Wu Jinyan. This is obviously my personal opinion(s) and I'm totally open to suggestions for other great period costume dramas as well, I just think this is a great starting off point to help the disappointment of 'The Double' ending in our lives now lol.
This is a (spoiler) podcast review for the c drama, 'As Beautiful As You,' starring Xu Kai and Tan Songyun. This is both a review of the entire show and specifically episode 40, and whether I think it is a satisfying conclusion overall.
This is my review for the eight episode romance k drama, "Serendipity's Embrace," starring Kim So-hyun and Chae Jong- Hyeop. I give a spoiler free and spoiler filled review(I warn about the spoilers in advance) and talk constantly about Chae Jong- Hyeop's smile tbh.
I guess this episode is about Yoongi's (Suga) Electric Scooter Incident and the ongoing Police Station Investigation/News cycle coverage. I debated making a podcast about this but I guess I wanted to rant and treat this like a journal entry on the bulls*** that has been surrounding Suga's "controversy." I'm hoping that after posting this, I won't hear about any further "developments" going forward.
This one was a wild ride. I HAVE to talk about this 2024 c drama "romance" starring Zizi Xu and Cheng Yu Feng. 'Enslaved by Love' is dark, filled with red flags and might be the c drama fix you've been looking for because of the two leads hot chemistry.
I need a new fix after "The Double," and I'm hoping that "Are You the One," will be it! This podcast is all about the period/costume c drama, starring Wang Chu Ran and Zhang Wan Yi. This is my first impressions/recap of episode one and if I think it has the potential to be the next c drama blockbuster of the summer (or end of the summer tbh).
This podcast episode is about the new romance/rom com K drama, "Love Next Door," starring Jung Hae In (Something in the Rain) and Jung So Min (Alchemy of Souls). I give my first impressions of the first two episodes that aired and if I think that this show will be the winner this year in K drama land!
Xu Kai and Bai Lu are so hot in this c drama that I can't stand it! This podcast is all about "Arsenal Military Academy," starring Toby Lee along with Xu Kai/Kevin Xu/Soso and Bai Lu. This more than a First Impressions because I've watched up to 36 episodes already and have so much to talk about! Spoilers ahead*
This show will NOT let me go, so here's a special podcast episode on my favourite scenes from the c drama, "The Double," starring Wang Xingyue and Wu Jinyan.
This is in no particular order and obviously spoilers ahead if you haven't watched the entirety of The Double.
This podcast is all about the c drama romance, "As Beautiful As You," starring Xu Kai and Tan Songyun. I'm treating this as a review for the show, even though of the time of recording, I've only watched up to 38 episodes (there's 40 altogether and the special 40.5). There's a lot that I enjoyed about the show but I definitely have to rant about a few of the storylines and definitely about some of the characters in the principal cast.
Be On Cloud keeps on putting out bangers! This podcast is all about the new BL series "Four Minutes," starring Bible Wichapas Sumettikul and Jes Jespipat Tilapornputt.
This podcast is all about episode one and episode two ...a recap/gushing session about the show and what's upcoming for episode three.
This is my first impressions/recap podcast of the c drama romance, "As Beautiful As You," starring Xu Kai and Tan Songyun. The show has a strong female lead character in the first episode and I think there's potential in the romance/chemistry but I may need more episodes to chew into. I get into more specifics....
This new k drama romance is the star of this podcast episode. Serendipity's Embrace stars Chae Jong Hyeop and Kim So-hyun with only eight episodes I believe. This is all about my first impressions and if this is worth the watch...
I'm back at it again, talking about the special version/special episode ending for "The Double," starring Wang Xingyue and Wu Jinyan. This episode acts like an epilogue for the show and I discuss whether it did its job in giving the viewers a great conclusion to this show stopping c drama. It's also another excuse for me to talk about the INTENSE romance/chemistry of the leads!
One of the most confusing 'First Impressions' that I've done on a C drama.
I love Zhao Lu Si and started watching this period, costume c drama due to a TikTok edit and really didn't know what I was getting myself into lol.
Also starring Zheng Ye Cheng.
In this podcast episode, I give you my final thoughts about the revenge, romance and costume cdrama "The Double," starring Wang Xingyue and Wu Jinyan. This show was a wild ride and I have to say I enjoyed myself pretty much throughout the entirety of the show. YET I still waited on watching episode 40 due to reasons...that I get into more.
This podcast episode is all about the Disney+ revenge kdrama, "Red Swan," starring Rain and Kim Ha-neul. This is the classic bodyguard romance filled with the tropes of chaebol family like scheming, over the top acting choices from the antagonists and such. But...there's s a simmering tension that I want to talk about more with the two leads.
This new costume c drama is on my list for summer watches! Mai Mai is back with another potentially great romance after 'Amidst a Snowstorm of Love' with this historical drama, "The Princess Royal," also starring Zhang Linghe. I give you my first impressions of the first two episodes in this podcast (with spoiler warning ahead of time!
This podcast episode is all about the final episodes of My Stand -In including episode 12 (with spoilers) and should be treated as my final review.
I talk about whether I think the show did its job in making Joe/Ming and their romance believable and my thoughts on Ming in general. How does the ending of the show compare to book/novel...
GMMtv and I have a very complicated relationship together in regards to their BL's in general and this show is no different. This podcast episode is all about the Thailand version of "My Love Mix Up," starring Gemini and Fourth. I talk about the good and the bad...and everything else in between.
I'm doing things a little differently for today's podcast because I want to talk about the latest Star Wars show on Disney+, 'The Acolyte' starring Amandla Stenberg, Manny Jacinto and Lee Jung-jae (JJ).
This will mainly be a thirst podcast about Manny (sorry) but it'll also be a review/slash recap of the the show's first six episodes, the crazy enemies to lovers arc they're building with the two leads, the Relyo connection and what I'm exited about the most.
The article I reference is here:https://collider.com/the-acolyte-episode-6-explained-leslye-headland/
The c drama, "The Double," continues to dominate my attention and this podcast I talk some more about why this is the must see show right now! Duke Su and "Jiang Li's" chemistry is for the books - so so good!
Consider this another rant video podcast about a GMMTV show that has a lot that I enjoy - but still has so much wasted potential (Ala Last Twilight).
Wandee Goodday stars Great and Inn as Yoyak and Wandee.
We get more Boraland news on this Wednesday with Taehyung announcing 'TYPE 1' This is most likely a second album for V but could be even more! In this podcast, I talk about : V news (and him being shirtless again despite saying the 'Chapter Two isn't about BTS taking their shirts off'), Jimin and the release of 'Muse' and the music I hope Tae will release going forward and more BTS stuff in general.
This podcast episode is all about "My Sweet Mobster," the newest k drama that I've been watching that has a male lead with THEE DEEPEST VOICE EVER! "My Sweet Mobster," stars Han Sunhwa, Uhm Tae-goo and Kwon Yul.
In this podcast episode I talk more about the Thai BL "My Stand In," Starring Poom & Up that is based on the Chinese novel 'Rebirth: Professional Substitute' Which do I think is better? The Live action tv show or the novel and do I think the show is doing its job in selling Joe and Ming as endgame romance?
My next c drama watch for this podcast is the very hyped "The Double," starring Wu Jin Yan and Wang Xing Yue. Probably one of the most thrilling first ten minutes of a show I've watched in ages!
This podcast is all about "The Long Ballad," starring Dilraba Dilmurat, Leo Wu and Zhao Lusi and the experience of the first four eps (with some spoilers). I continue with my obsession with the beautiful Wu Lei braids 😌

My head was left spinning with this whirlwind of messy goodness with a dash of soap opera dramatics to round out my experince.
JIN IS BACK!!! This podcast is all about Jin's return from the military, all the festive footage from BTS Festa 2024 (like Jin hugging ARMY) and about the 'unfortunate' event that left a sour taste in my mouth.
This podcast episode is my first impressions of the c - drama "Love me, love my voice," starring Zhou Ye and Tan Jianci. This c drama seems so far like a show for major foodies who love slow burn, scenic and aesthetically pleasing dramas that are totally comforting!
I wanted to release my final thoughts/review about the c drama romance "Nothing But You," starring Zhou Yutong and Leo Wu. This is a character driven story that dives more into growth arcs for all the major characters first and foremost than a simple romance - but there's still romance to chew on as well!
My final review for the K drama, "Lovely Runner," starring Kim Hye -yoon and Byeon Woo- seok. I, of course, talk about Woo - seok's incredible face card but also my overall thoughts about the show - especially about episode 16 and whether or not I found it to be a satisfying finale.

Nothing But You is such a chemistry filled surprise! Found family, work hustle culture, single motherhood and career development and so much more is in this show and this podcast is all about talking about the many different faces of this show. Leo Wu does it AGAIN!
I've been wanting to check out more C dramas with Wu Lei and decided to give the tennis c drama romance, "Nothing But You," a shot. A plus in this drama already is that it's apparently a noona/older woman drama...so we'll see how this age gap is handled and overall if Leo Wu can create some magic here too!
Unknown is a complicated, yet emotionally resonant Taiwanese BL, starring Chris Chiu and Kurt Huang. I wanted and needed to make a podcast episode highlighting it. It's found family, eventual forbidden love for many messy and complicated reasons, and an exploration on trauma bonds with heavy symbolism throughout. It's a great show but deals in many taboo/sensitive subject matter and may not be for everyone but it deserves a watch.

I HAVE to talk about my favourite steamy scenes in 'Amidst a Snowstorm of Love,' featuring my love, Leo Wu and his gorgeous bedroom eyes that he gives multiple times in the show. Zhao Jinmai is also giving it all she's got and we're left with breathtaking skinship, slow and sweet casual intimacy and chemistry that continues to grow.
