Tim Hamilton is the head of global creative at The North Face. In our conversation, Tim sheds light on his early success as a fashion designer and years of hard graft in New York, which earned him many accolades over the years.
He also candidly talks about a moment in life when at the height of success, he decided to press pause, reconnect to his true north, find balance in nature and move to Vancouver.
What eventually followed from that move, is Tim’s current role at The North Face, where in less than four years he's achieved incredible things when it comes to unearthing the company’s rich design archive, championing innovation and sustainability, and working closely with The North Face athletes to create the best performance wear out there.
