Lance Stehr has a long-standing career in the music entertainment and film / TV production industries and has over the past 35 years been responsible for releasing and distributing over 300 records/ albums.

​His most notable talent is his ability to discover untapped talent and nurture industry icons.

His music career started in the late 1980’s when he put together the internationally renowned Cape Town based Hip Hop political group Prophets of Da City ( POC) to fight apartheid through music.
