The year is 1983 and someone is telling you that the year is actually 2019, but he's just being dramatic, but I'm not, it actually is 1983. The world has been ravaged by nuclear war so no one can have babies anymore. But people aren't chill about that as you'd expect. They're livid in fact. Maybe Paul and Ellen can put it all into context.
