Tate228 is a rapper from Gulfport, MS who relocated to Atlanta during the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina. Despite getting a late start rapping, Tate is hands down one of the dopest artists in the city and has a voice you will never forget. With a co-sign from Cyhi, you know the kid can rap. After steadily grinding, doing cyphers and showcases around the city, Tate's latest record JIVE has been doing numbers. His upcoming project "Contact Sport" is on the way and is sure to be a classic.
