This week in the Ones Ready Team Room we have two guests from the US Coast Guard community, Cody and Vince.  Cody and Vince are not only Rescue Swimmers, but are also hosts on the Rescue Swimmer Mindset podcast available on Youtube and all podcast platforms.  During this episode we discuss what the mission is and the primary job of a Rescue Swimmer as well as how they are task organized.  We also discussed how to best prepare for their pipeline, some of the events and the high failure points for those events in their pipeline, as well as family life.  Oh...and you know we didn't forget the daily life question!  Please enjoy the episode and give us your feedback.
