On this episode of the Ones Ready podcast, the team sits down with Special Warfare Candidate Course (SWCC) cadre member to discuss the ins and outs of everything SWCC.  He touches on what it's like for those in Basic Military Training with fitness and AFSW integration, arrival to SWCC, the physical fitness tests (IFT/CFT) you'll be required to take and complete upon moving on to Assessment and Selection.  We were pretty excited about this one if you couldn't tell by listening to it.
