Tune in to Episode 05 of the PA Talks series with Chris Precht, an award-winning Austrian architect and the co-founder of Studio Precht. After graduating with honors from the Technical University of Vienna in 2013, he founded his first firm Penda with architect Dayong Sun. Consequently, in 2018, he found Precht and Partners with his wife Suger Fei in the mountains of Austria. He has received the German Tile-Award in 2013 and Architzer A+Award for the ‘Emerging Firm of the Year’ in 2016. His works include FarmHouse, Bert, Toronto Tree Tower and many more. Studio Precht believes that the ‘era of the ego’ is over, and the definition of future brings up topics like rising population, ecologic building and a sense of identity. His best example for such beliefs is the Farmhouse project that demonstrates a way to reconnect people in cities with agriculture and live a more sustainable life.
