Page 51 - Seek Allah's Protection from the Hellfire

In this episode, Shaykh Dr. Ahsan Hanif elucidates verses affirming that the disbelievers' wealth and progeny won't protect them from Allah's punishment; they will be the fuel of the fire. Similar fates befell the people of Fir'aun due to their denial of Allah's signs. A stern warning is given to disbelievers, foretelling their defeat and gathering in Hell, the worst abode.

Reflecting on the Battle of Badr, believers saw their disbelieving foes as twice their number, yet Allah عَزَّ وَ جَلَّ granted victory to those fighting for His cause. The love for worldly possessions like wealth, family, and luxuries may captivate men, but Allah عَزَّ وَ جَلَّ promises far better for the pious: eternal Gardens with flowing rivers and purified mates.
