She is also the Director of The Gremlin-Taming Institute where she teaches workshops and teleclasses on the Gremlin-Taming Method®, a mindfulness practice that “is the single most effective tool I know for helping people with (and without) ADHD navigate the challenges inherent in everything from locating your toothbrush to finding enjoyment in every breath.” Jane was a contributing author for the 2002 ADDA Guidelines for ADD Coaches and also wrote a chapter on ADD Coaching in the book "Healing ADD" by Daniel Amen.
