Garbini saw during his time working in the higher education field. It was during this time he recognized the need for students from underprivileged areas and backgrounds who needed College/Career Consulting as well as Life and Executive functioning strategies to be successful during this transition. Whether it was the LGBTQIA identifying students looking for an appropriate college fit that would make them feel at home or the student fully capable of college but needed specific supports due to a learning difference to ensure the transition from High School to college or career is as smooth as possible.
