Dr. Andreas Krafft holds a doctorate in Management Sciences from the University of St. Gallen, specializing in Organizational Psychology, Culture, and Development. With academic expertise in Social, Work, and Health Psychology, as well as Positive Psychology from the University of Zürich, he serves as an associate researcher and lecturer at St. Gallen and teaches at universities in Zürich, Lisbon, and Berlin. He is co-president of swissfuture, a board member of SWIPPA and DACH-PP, and leads the International Research Network of the Hope-Barometer, with multiple publications on hope.
