We do create our reality by our thoughts and emotions – all this is energy and vibration. Thoughts are energetic and feelings are magnetic. So, the way we think, and feel is a clear guidance indication of how our field is operating. We focus a lot of energy and resources on material and personal security and we very often overlook our spiritual security. This is the thought and feeling realm. An unwanted energy moved into my energetic field last week, my field had been infiltrated. It’s funny how it seems to sneak up on you, sliding in the back door without you knowing. Dark energy does not look like a man in a dark cloak out of the movies, it’s much more subtle and clever than that and can take you quite unawares until you catch on. This is the cycle of life. Light and dark, negative and positive love and the absence of love in varying degrees in between. Here is my advice... Make it a regular practice to clean and protect your energy field and set your energy for the reality you wish to create for yourself. When you can come from that place of wholeness of clarity, you open yourself up to receiving greatness, you open yourself up to the universe supporting your desires, to infinite possibilities, you bring joy to others, you become a positive influence and light in the world.
