Am I Taking Life Too Seriously? “Is this really worse than being covered in dog do-do?” The problem with taking ourselves too seriously is that we choose to look for approval — the fear of rejection prevents us from living our best lives. We allow people to become our judges. We allow events to be our jury and then we can never be free. Goals are important. But just maybe we give our goals too much significance. Its about the journey and the person we become along the way towards the destination. Many of you are experiencing very real situations, that are hard to laugh about, nor can they be. Crisis is ripe in the world and it’s not about dismissing them, it’s about looking at them from a larger perspective of your life and how you process those emotions. Life can be unpredictable and unexpected, things happen. We can do our best to make predictions to control our outcomes, but the reality is that not everything is certain. Welcome to Luisa TV. You'll Never Get Out Of It Alive.” Here is my advice... Go for whatever you have always wanted, but make sure to have fun in the process. Build and improve your career, but don’t make your career your life. Take time for gratitude. Plan your finances but don’t worry about every penny you spend on coffee. Appreciate your journey in life as much as the destination you seek. No one is perfect or has all the answers. And don’t sweat the small stuff.
