Death and loss is one of the hardest things you may ever experience in this life, but it can also be a blessing, a gift an opportunity for us to transmute suffering into growth, sorrow into joy and despair into love. We come here to experience the richness of life and all it takes is a choice, this is our freedom - in each moment, in each breath, we have a choice. In this episode of Luisa TV, I share what happens when a loved one dies. "Our loved ones have not left us, they are not gone."
