Getting out of the house with kids can sometimes take longer than the actual activity you're getting out for, am I right?  Transitions used to be a huge struggle for both of us but once we started adding in connection and being mindful of where our kids were at, they became so much easier.  We're talking about all the ways we build up to the moment of transition and what we do when there is no "easy" way out.
