Outside of the first segment, this week's episode is all about the
latest news surrounding the PS3. Some good, some bad, but we haven't talked about PS3 much lately so we decided to devote the whole episode to it. Last week Sony and Immersion kissed and made up, which could mean the
return of rumble to the Sixaxis controller (hurray!)--question is, how
soon? Then there's the infamous rumor that Sony introducing a
Mii/Achievements hybrid called PlayStation Home this week. Not only is
the concept itself intriguing, but the way it hit the Internet also
made some waves--listen as we discuss all aspects of this issue.
Lastly, it came out that European PS3s won't be as backwardly
compatible as the US and Japanese systems. What effect will this have
on the rest of the world, and where are the 20GB systems?
Things start off with the usual segment on what we've been playing, and
since it's been two weeks since our last regular show there's lots to
talk about. Crackdown, mainly, but there's plenty more as well. Then we
end the show by going over some of the comments we got about last
week's Al Lowe interview.
