As the world transitions away from domination hierarchies and into democracies, our human systems naturally let go of inner wounds and feel safer.
However, disruptors still arise. Gender inequality and racism are stressors in our society. The tension over these issues can make our current democracy appear chaotic.
But these systemic issues must surface and be addressed in order to ignite our individual and collective healing, and allow humanity to achieve a higher level of coherence.
