Mark Payumo is the editor and publisher of Analyzing War, a digital magazine focused on Indo-Pacific security. He formerly served with the Philippine Army Special Forces and is also a US Navy veteran. He is a Young Leader with the Pacific Forum in Honolulu, Hawaii, a New Leader and Pacific Delegate of the Carnegie Council for Ethics in International Affairs, and a member of the Military Veterans in Journalism, a U.S. 501(c)(3) nonprofit.
