Jay Gillotti, PCA member and noted author, joins us in studio to discuss his two Porsche books, Gulf 917 and Porsche Decades.  We learn about the 917 and its origin, how the Gulf sponsorship and Steve McQueen came together to do a movie and what he though about Seinfeld’s 917 that went to auction.  We also chat about his latest book, Porsche Decades and why it’s the perfect book for those new to the Porsche world or anyone who is looking for one book that will cover a lot of history.  It’s a fascinating podcast where you’ll definitely learn something new like we did.
