An Invitation to Truly Rest (Isaiah 30:15-18)

Have you ever offered someone an invitation, only to be rebuffed? It stings, to be sure. Today’s passage reveals that even though we often rebuff God’s divine invitation to us—an invitation to rest, quietness, and strength in Him—He longs to be gracious and compassionate.
