This week Tom and Chris are joined by Michelin star chef Paul Ainsworth at The Butcher's Tap and Grill in Chelsea. 

Tom was the first person that Paul called when he found out his restaurant in Padstow received a Michelin star, the really are best mates and in this episode we get to hear all about their nearly 30 year friendship, their food adventures across the world and the funny story of how Paul first met Gordan Ramsey. Plus Chris is very happy because the guys at M&S send them some new bits from the BBQ range.

Lawrence who is half Italian, has many food stories to share, from spending hours shopping with his dad to find the perfect ingredients as a child and working at his grandparent's market in Turin, to creating a cookbook with the England Rugby team, plus he tells the guys about a time he was a kitchen porter for Ainsley Harriet.
