In today's episode we are having a candid conversation about race. Let me start by saying I have no clue what I'm doing, but silence does nothing to help the situation and I wholeheartedly believe done is better than perfect. I am sharing the work that I have done over the past few weeks to address my own internalized, conditioned racism and share with you how to unpack your own racist beliefs as well as tools to help educate yourself on the issue so you can become anti-racist.
