Surah Al-Baqarah: The Cow - Verse 272

Is this right?! Some people quote the Quran: ‘It is not for you to guide them; it is God who guides whoever He will’ and say: ‘I cannot help myself from doing sin. If God wants me to be good, He will make me good. God guides whoever He will.”
