Allah: All Might Belongs To Him

  1. That was because their Messengers brought them the Clear Signs but they remained unbelievers. So Allah seized them. He is Most Strong, Severe in Retribution. (Qur'an, 40:22)
  2. Have they not travelled in the land and seen the final fate of those before them? They were far greater than them in strength. Allah cannot be withstood in any way, either in the heavens or on earth. He is All-Knowing, All-Powerful. (Qur'an, 35:44)
  3. 'Ad were arrogant in the land, without any right, saying, 'Who has greater strength than us?' Did they not see that Allah, Who created them, had greater strength than them? But they renounced Our Signs. (Qur'an, 41:15)
  4. We sent Our Messengers with the Clear Signs and sent down the Book and the Balance with them so that mankind might establish justice. And We sent down iron in which there lies great force and which has many uses for mankind, so that Allah might know those who help Him and His Messengers in the Unseen. Allah is All-Strong, Almighty.   5. Allah has written, 'I will be victorious, I and and My Messengers.' Allah is Most Strong, Almighty. (Qur'an, 58:21)
  6. Some people set up equals to Allah, loving them as they should love Allah. But those who believe have greater love for Allah. If only you could see those who do wrong at the time when they see the punishment, and that truly all strength belongs to Allah, and that Allah is severe in punishment. (Qur'an, 2:165)
