Body and mind in the best of form

Repeat this verse. From sura 95 verse 4. Affirmation to remember that your body physically and psychologically/ mentally are made in the best of form. You have the knowledge , the love, dignity , all within you. ولقد خلقنا الانسان في احسن تقويم . (Walagad kalagna alinsaan fee ahsaan takweeem.) when you remember that your body was formed by Allah, your body, soul, your heart, your mind are all made by him. His words are true. Believe and repeat this verse deep breath and enjoy the feeling. That you are ok as you are. Allah made you and He did a good job. Deep breath and submit to Him the one and only. Enjoy his words. 💐💚
