Dear listers verse 55 from sura 40 The Forgiver orders us to be patient, to ask forgiveness for our sins ( you can repeat the words istagfir Allah/ استغفر الله) and praise Allah morning and evening ( you can repeat Subhan Allah , Alhamdulilah/ سبحان الله / الحمد لله).
