Today we welcome Ioan Humphreys onto the podcast, you may know him as @that_welsh_farmer or from being all over the telly lately all for the right reasons!As a youngster growing up on a farm, farming didn’t seem to do it for Ioan but circumstances happened and the weight of the farm being in the family since 1908 caused him to make the decision to take over. His vision for the business in no way aligned with its operation at the time and built a 32000 bird ‘Bentley of bird sheds’ shed to start an egg business.We speak about the challenges of the egg sector, the corporate manipulation of public opinion to avoid blame family difficulty and his wee tattoo that’s shows he’s petrified of grass snakes…you coulda chosen a Boa, Ioan but you do you!
