When Ohio police received a 911 call on the 13th of September 2016, the dispatcher immediately realised she was talking to a woman who had been abducted. And her abductor lay on the bed next to her. The dispatcher stayed on the phone with the woman, but when they arrived they realised they were too late. Far too late.
