It’s not often we get to talk to a giant…
Our guest for this episode is one of the fathers of personal computing, someone who has had a profound influence on how we interact with computers and the digitisation of the modern world. Tom Hardy is an Atlanta-based Design Strategist who is currently a Professor of Design Management at Savannah College of Art and Design. However, he is perhaps best known for his 22-year-long career at IBM, where he was instrumental in developing the original IBM ThinkPad. His diverse work has also been featured in Bloomberg’s Business Week, The New York Times, Time Magazine and is prominent enough to justify his own Wikipedia page.
