The Problem Is the Solution with Dr. Jose Maria Amaral.

From an early age, Jose Maria Amaral has dedicated his life to so-called unconventional therapies. He studied international relations at Luciado university and intended a master's program in American studies at the University of London Senate. He even worked at the Portuguese Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

In 2003, he began consultations publicly and Reiki courses. He is a naturopath, homeopath, and quantum biofeedback therapist. He has been providing therapeutic care in natural medicine with the public in several clinics in mainland Portugal and the islands.

In May 2020, he was invited to publish an article in a French scientific journal on the theme, Reconnaissance de Naturopathy, in the magazine Exem Portuguese. This article was then translated and published in Portugal in the magazine, Espaso Alberto in August 2020. He has also been a guest speaker on multiple podcasts in Portugal and abroad on the topics of health and natural medicine.
