In this conversation, Anita Moorjani shares her profound insights from her near-death experience and the transformative journey that unfolded in its wake. She speaks with such grace and clarity about the fluidity of time during her experience, where boundaries between past, present, and future became blurred, offering her a sense of deep oneness with the universe. Anita reflects on how the choices we make in life—particularly those rooted in fear and self-doubt—have a direct impact on our health and well-being, and how shifting away from this fear can lead to profound healing.
She touches on the importance of breaking free from cultural conditioning, gently inviting us to step into our authentic selves and live in alignment with our true essence. Her words are a gentle reminder that transformation is not an overnight process. It’s a journey of integration, a process that takes time and compassion. Anita highlights the role of supportive relationships in this journey, the ones who hold space for us as we navigate the profound changes that arise when we embrace our soul’s truth.
Anita also shares her excitement about her current projects, including a potential Hollywood movie based on her powerful story. It’s clear that her mission to share her experience and the deep wisdom that came from it is far from over. Her message is one of healing, love, and ultimately, the freedom that comes from embracing who we truly are.

In this heartfelt conversation, I had the privilege of speaking with Niyc Pidgeon, where we delved deeply into the themes of personal growth, mental health, and the profound impact of loss. Niyc shared her personal journey through grief and how it has deeply influenced her work in positive psychology. Through her experience, she has learned the power of connection, resilience, and the importance of equipping ourselves with practical strategies to nurture our mental wellbeing. It was a beautiful reminder that our stories, even the most painful ones, can become the very catalyst for healing and positive change.

In this enlightening conversation with Dr. Mindy, I explore the multifaceted benefits of fasting and how it can contribute to spiritual, emotional, and physical healing. Dr. Mindy explains how fasting can deepen our self-awareness and help us connect more fully with our bodies, as well as honor the ancestral influences on our health. We also discuss the shift from patriarchal to matriarchal structures in society, the unique hormonal changes women experience, and the vital role nourishing food plays in maintaining health. Dr. Mindy offers practical advice for navigating menopause and underscores the importance of self-care and reconnecting with nature, especially for women.
In this episode, I explore the transformative power of truly seeing the soul in others. I share some deeply personal stories that taught me the importance of looking beyond the physical, beyond the personality, and connecting with the true essence—the light within each person.
This practice has deepened my relationships in ways I never imagined, bringing more compassion and understanding into my everyday interactions. I invite you to try it, to take a moment to really see the person in front of you—their light, their courage in being here—and to watch how it changes the way you connect, heart to heart.
In this episode, Dr. Deborah Egerton and I explore the transformative power of the Enneagram, a system of personality archetypes that beautifully blends ancient wisdom with modern psychology. We share how understanding our Enneagram types has led us to a deeper sense of self-awareness, improved relationships, and opened the door to greater compassion for ourselves and others. Together, we emphasize how essential community is in this journey of self-discovery and reflect on the importance of language when navigating our connections with others. We also touch on how we can transmute our pain into beauty and why it's crucial to foster genuine acceptance rather than settling for mere tolerance in our relationships.

In this episode I explore the dark night of the soul.
I dive deep into the often-overlooked side of spiritual awakening—The Descent. I explore how confronting shadows, ancestral wounds, and navigating the Dark Night of the Soul can lead to profound healing and transformation. In this episode...
I EXPLORE THE SPIRITUAL AWAKENING PROCESSFrom my own personal experience and through witnessing countless others on their spiritual journeys, I explore the awakening process and how it unfolds through the mind, heart, and body. This transformative journey is cyclical, involving expansion and contraction. I also share my personal Kundalini awakening experiences and explain the following stage: the descent, often known as the "dark night of the soul."
I SHARE A POEM CALLED RISE SISTER RISE.
Rise Sister Rise is from my second book of the same title. The poem "Rise Sister Rise" is a powerful call to action, encouraging resilience and inner strength in the face of life's challenges and urging people to embrace and rise above their hardships with courage and grace.
Nancy and I dive into the depths of shadow work and its transformative power. As I reflect on my own journey with her book and meditations, I’m struck by how essential this work is for unlocking our gifts and reclaiming the parts of ourselves we’ve disowned. Nancy shares her own experience of how a personal crisis became the catalyst for embracing shadow work, revealing how our shadow can create chaos when left unattended. She emphasizes the importance of telling ourselves the truth and recognizing how our shadow shows up, often in unexpected ways.
We also explore the relationship between shadow and gift, discussing how qualities we reject in ourselves often manifest in others, serving as mirrors for our own growth. Nancy’s insights into embracing both sides of ourselves—whether it’s being self-sufficient and needy, or a perfectionist and a mistake maker—highlight the importance of wholeness and integration. Her wisdom and personal experience shine through, making it clear that shadow work is not just about healing but also about reclaiming our full power and potential.
In this conversation, I had the honor of speaking with Yeye Teish. We explored the current state of the world and the importance of holding onto hope, even in challenging times. Yeye expressed her concerns about the rise of dictatorships and the threat of global control, emphasizing the need for spiritual activism. She spoke about the power of women’s intuition and our role in restoring balance to the world.
We also discussed the deep need to reconnect with nature and the feminine, and the importance of standing up for the Earth. Yeye shared simple rituals to honor water, reminding us of its sacred connection to life and spirituality.
Finally, Yeye invited us to support the work of the School of Ancient Mysteries and the Sacred Arts Center. This conversation was filled with wisdom and inspiration—may it resonate with you as it did with me.
In this episode Rebecca introduces Season 4 and discusses her new book, ‘Your Soul Had a Dream, Your Life Is It’. She shares her personal journey of transformation and the challenges of expressing her authentic self during periods of change. The book explores themes of rebirth, healing, finding oneself, and embracing new beginnings.
Rebecca invites readers to connect with their inner wisdom and navigate life’s initiatory gateways. She also discusses the importance of direct experiences with the sacred and holding sacred containers for others.

In this profound episode titled “Finding the Gift in Grief,” I had the privilege of speaking with Danette May, whose journey through life’s extremes embodies themes of loss, resilience, spiritual connection, and the evolution of the self. Danette, a beacon of positivity with a compelling story, shared her deeply personal experiences with me, taking me from her idyllic childhood close to nature and animals to the heart-wrenching loss of her son, which profoundly transformed her life and purpose.
Danette recounted the intimate connection she has always felt with the world beyond the physical, a sentiment that has been deeply rooted in her since childhood. She shared vivid memories of her upbringing on a mini-farm, her early awareness of a calling to connect people with nature, and a profound sense of being known and loved by a higher power. Her narrative is a testament to the strength and guidance she has drawn from these connections, especially during the darkest times of her life.

In this episode I’m going to be sharing my favorite ways to connect in and receive clear guidance to get to the answer you need.

I know how challenging it can be when you first awaken or open yourself up to the deeper questions of life. I’ve been there and know, from experience, it can feel like living a double life. Today, I share how I began, little by little, stepping out of the spiritual closet. The work for me was really around weaving my worlds together, knowing and trusting that not only would I find like-hearted people – but also that I would attract those people into my life too. My hope in hearing my story is that you’ll be encouraged to embrace and embody who you truly are too.

Welcome to another episode of Returning: A podcast to return to yourself and the wisdom within. Today, I'm returning with the inspirational Maude Hirst.
Together we explore whether reaching rock bottom can truly activate our purpose.
While many know Maude as an actress in the popular historical drama series Vikings, her story stretches way beyond our TV screens. Like so many of us, Maude's life was transformed by hitting rock bottom. When many key parts of her life came crumbling down all at once, Maude found solace and purpose in mindfulness, meditation, and yoga, her learnings of which she now shares through her online membership community EnergyRise. My conversation with Maude explores so many themes around the power of surrendering, the importance of creating space to listen deeply and be seen, and how nature can help us to attune to the multiple rhythms that life holds us in. This episode is truly a journey of rediscovery, resilience, and resonance.

Welcome to another episode of Returning: A podcast to return to yourself and the wisdom within. In this episode, I invite you back into the garden.
Reconnecting with ourselves, each other and Mother Earth.
Today, we explore and unpack the profound sense of separation many of us feel from ourselves, each other and from the Earth itself. Has our disconnection from the earth as our Mother, Her seasons, cyclic ways and ever-changing state caused the problems that humanity is facing on this planet today? Now more than ever, we need to acknowledge the sacred that is here on earth - above us, below us, around us and within us. My hope for this episode is that you reconnect with nature and weave this connection back into your daily life.

Welcome to another episode of Returning: A podcast to return to yourself and the wisdom within. In this episode, a poem that helped me gather the courage to be seen.
Answering the call.
I remember the exact moment when I was writing this chapter of Light Is The New Black. It came in fully formed: You Are Not For Everyone. I had received the guidance to write a book to support light workers. To help them answer the call within them, to say yes to their purpose and reconnect to a life that lights them up. But I wasn’t being courageous myself, I was afraid of being seen and heard, and of not being accepted. So, You Are Not For Everyone guided me through a challenging time. My hope for this episode is that it encourages you to, little by little, begin to start sharing who you really are with the world.

Welcome to another episode of Returning: A podcast to return to yourself and the wisdom within. In this episode, we explore one of my favorite topics - intuition.
What's the real key to trusting your inner voice?
Today, we dive deep into our intuitive senses, exploring how the soul communicates with us and the diverse ways our intuition speaks. I believe that we are all naturally intuitive - we've all had those gut feelings, those moments of inexplicable knowing. While many of us may have been raised in ways that have caused us to switch off from it or doubt it, we can all still tap into it. So, in this episode I share my biggest tip for trusting it. The more we exercise this 'muscle', the clearer its voice becomes. I’ve seen firsthand how this key has helped thousands of people truly understand and deepen their intuition - even the skeptics…

Welcome to another episode of Returning: A podcast to return to yourself and the wisdom within. In this episode I share words that felt like medicine for my soul.
Exploring the initiation of birth, not just for the child, but for the mother as well.
Today, I share some of my most favorite words I’ve ever written, a poem, The Moment Of Your Birth. I wrote it at a time when it felt like the whole world was being birthed and dying and being blasted wide open. I saw how fleeting and precious this life is, how huge it is for any soul to be embodied and for all the things that need to be in place for that moment to happen. I was really grasping the words to describe the ineffable experience that is birth and life and death. So, this poem is my attempt to put words around the enormous mystery of being a soul, having a human experience from the first breath until the last.
“Ever since I was a girl, I was captivated by this great journey we're on, by birth and death, and by these huge experiences that we all have that are so extreme and yet the most natural, normal thing in the world.”

Today, we consciously close the year together.
Deep and real transformations can happen when we take the time to properly end the year that was.
Let me be straight up, I’m not a big believer in New Year’s resolutions. What I AM passionate about is properly taking the time to really consciously close out a year to allow a fresh, new energy to generate. It’s like the end is also the beginning. If you need some encouragement on why or how to do this - this episode is for you. Plus I have a special offer for my Returners - so be sure to keep listening.

Welcome to another episode of Returning: A podcast to return to yourself and the wisdom within. In today's episode I'm returning with all round creative powerhouse, Tanya Hennessy.
I’ve known Tanya for 20 years and have loved watching her follow her true passion and purpose.

Tanya and I first crossed paths at University - and since she’s built a creative and multi-passionate career. Our conversation travels in many directions as we touch on ambition, anxiety, ego, making it in a “mans world”, the importance of showing up to our calling again and again, learning to live from our feminine and the importance of trusting our intuition - especially when it doesn't make sense. Beyond her skillful humor, she is deeply attuned to life. She’s someone who feels the world deeply and the brilliance of Tanya is how she shares herself and her observations with such generosity, vulnerability and relatability. This conversation is a real vibe. Tanya is fun and funny and interested and interesting. I think you’re going to love this episode.

Welcome to another episode of Returning: A podcast to return to yourself and the wisdom within. Today, I'm giving you a permission slip - it's ok to give up on healing a relationship.
Sometimes it's impossible to do the healing on behalf of other people - letting go is the healthiest choice we have.
Today, I’m sharing my thoughts on a poignant realization I’ve come to recently. It’s something that’s come up a lot and it’s around knowing when to let go of a relationship. It’s one of the most difficult things to do, to know when to loosen your grip and just accept the way things are versus following through on the way you can see them potentially growing into. But when the person on the other side of the constellation isn't doing the work, it's ok to walk away. So today's episode is for the cycle breakers. I acknowledge you and invite you to just go gently and pick your battles.
“It's okay to loosen your grip. It's okay to let go and surrender.”

Welcome to another episode of Returning: A podcast to return to yourself and the wisdom within. In today's episode we get curious about the intersection of spirituality and sustainability: how can we get into right relationship with nature?
This episode is in response to a beautiful Returner question submitted by Eric, but it actually created more questions within me: can we ever take from nature without leaving a negative impact? Does reverence and intention offset our environmental footprint? If we believe that we are part of nature, how do our choices and actions impact the wider seasons? My hope is that by the end of this episode we all feel encouraged to re-evaluate our relationship with nature, as we explore new ways to honor the sacred in all things and make conscious choices that reflect the values we hold and future we believe in.
“We are nature, we are not separate from it – and whilst we see first hand the devastating impact humans have when we abuse our power, I believe we can equally do so much good when we weave the sacred back into nature, back into life."
- Rebecca Campbell

Welcome to another episode of Returning: A podcast to return to yourself and the wisdom within. Today, I'm returning with mindful mama, Amy Taylor-Kabbaz.
I’ve been wanting to have THIS very conversation with her for years now and I’m so happy to be able to share it with you.
Nothing can quite prepare you for the endless ways in which becoming a parent changes you. The transition from Maid to Mother is a profound rite of passage. This episode is a deep dive into matrescence, a term often overlooked in our culture. Just as ‘adolescence’ heralds huge change in teenagers, matrescence refers to the profound changes of motherhood - not just the physical and hormonal changes but also the deep shifts within our identity, values, and beliefs. I love Amy's ability to articulate big concepts with generous simplicity and an undeniable passion. Whether you’re a parent yourself, longing to be or just looking to explore these lost rites of passage, this episode holds treasure for you.
“Matrescence begins the moment you contemplate how motherhood might fit into your life.”
- Amy Taylor-Kabbaz

Welcome to another episode of Returning: A podcast to return to yourself and the wisdom within. In this episode, I'm sharing the story of how and why I got my triangle tattoo.
My bestie, Amy Firth, joins me again as we relive the moment ten years ago when I called her early one morning and told her to meet me at a tattoo parlour...
We also go deep into how and why the triangle features so strongly throughout my work. This episode encourages you to explore the symbols that hold meaning and insight for you too. I’ve found working with symbolism and myth is a really powerful way of deepening my connection to the wisdom within. Whilst researching and writing The Inner Temple Mystery School training, I learnt that in times where mystery schools were forbidden, symbols were used to represent the wisdom teachings. There’s so much they can reveal to us if we take the time to see…

Welcome to another episode of Returning: A podcast to return to yourself and the wisdom within. In this episode we delve into the transformative power of anger. How can we use this energy to create rather than destroy?
Today’s Returner question from Hannah is: how can we release rage in a positive, healthy way? It’s such a beautiful and important question. Anger isn’t just a raw, uncontrollable force; it’s often a reflection of what is truly important to us. It holds encoded within it our deepest passions and longings. Society often teaches us to suppress it, yet, when harnessed, anger can hold such potent wisdom. From a raw outburst from my husband to the rage I felt postpartum, I’ve witnessed the deep sacredness of this emotion. This episode uncovers the journey of listening, expressing, and transmuting anger into powerful creations.
“Anger delivers clear information to us and it can be used to create incredible things in the world. If we are to consciously live, then the invitation is to try to understand that information and to embrace that energy and express it consciously.”
- Rebecca Campbell

Welcome to another episode of Returning: A podcast to return to yourself and the wisdom within. In today's episode we explore Mystical Experiences: what they are, what they aren't & how to know.
Chances are you may have had one yourself – but perhaps just didn’t realise it.
‘Mystical Experiences’ may sound pretty ‘out there’ or spooky or like an episode of the X-Files but rest assured, a mystical experience may be different to what you think. What if I told you that a 2009 survey found that almost 50% of Americans said they have had a mystical experience. Whilst some mystical experiences may be utterly show-stopping and life-changing – they can also be subtle, subliminal and gentle. This episode is a short introduction to mystical experiences, offering some some examples from my own life and others… I’m excited to see what it stirs up in you.
“Mystical Experiences are not just profound moments of connection; they are doorways into understanding ourselves and the greater universe.” - Rebecca Campbell

Welcome to another episode of Returning: A podcast to return to yourself and the wisdom within. In this episode we get curious about how long it takes to heal. Often we have to release the timelines on healing in order for that healing to truly arrive.
This episode grew out of an insightful chat I had with a friend all about the frustration we feel when we’re trying so hard to shift a pattern or release a behavior or forgive a relationship but just… can’t… quite… get there. Despite our best intentions and devoted commitment to ‘doing the work’ - often we have to release the timelines on healing in order for that healing to truly arrive. Zooming out and holding the bigger picture, we’re reminded that there are often more cogs that need to turn than just our own in order for the true healing to happen.
“We can be devoted to our own work - and - there are so many threads both seen and unseen, that are interweaving to conspire towards that true state of healing.” - Rebecca Campbell
KEY TIMESTAMPS:

Welcome to another episode of Returning: A podcast to return to yourself and the wisdom within. In this episode, we come face to face with that inconvenient and inevitable reality of life: change. I believe so much of life’s suffering stems from our relationship with change - either wanting things to change or not wanting things to change.
But the harsh truth is that: in life, there is only change. So how do we befriend it? This is undoubtedly a life's work, but I’m devoted to living into my relationship with change. I find such insight in the cycles of nature which allow change to unfold with ease and trust. What shifts for us when we lean into the wisdom of life’s natural rhythms?
“We are cyclic beings, in a constant state of change, of evolution, of growth. Change is one of the only certainties of life. When you resist your cyclic nature, you resist life.”- Rebecca Campbell

In this episode, I’m exploring a complex topic that isn’t discussed much. I’ve enlisted my bestie, Amy Firth, and together with laughter and truth-bombs, we unpack the unique grief of friendships ending.
I've really felt a pull lately to find a way to address this topic. There's so much out there about different types of relationship endings: death, divorce, breakups, and separation, but rarely do I come across conversations that address the unique and profound grief that comes with the end of a friendship. Anchored in our own friendship of 20+ years, join Amy & I as we explore the changing landscapes of friendships and share our own experiences of what helped us sit with and work through the pain and discomfort of friendships ending.

In this episode, we hash out a question I get asked all the time: when it comes to intuition: is no guidance, guidance? I've learnt there are often three reasons why we may not be receiving clear guidance. Which is true for you?
This is such a common question that I get asked, and it’s definitely something I have experienced for myself. In my experience living an intuitive life, one of the most frustrating and testing things is when we don’t receive guidance according to our timelines or in the way that we expected. Today I’m sharing with you three common reasons why you may not be receiving guidance – plus – some practical tools you can apply today to deepen your connection with the wisdom within.

Welcome to another episode of Returning: A podcast to return to yourself and the wisdom within. Today, I'm excited to introduce you to intuitive spiritual artist, Katie Louise.
Katie is the illustrator I collaborated with on my most recent Oracle Decks: The Rose Oracle and The Healing Waters Oracle.
Today we go deep into the world of creativity, intuition and spirituality. I’m a big believer that everyone is creative and intuitive, but we have to do the work to open ourselves up to receive, to learn how to listen to the whispers of that wisdom within and have the courage to act on it. This is why creativity, intuition, and spirituality are so intertwined for me. It’s an endless invitation for us to trust our soul mission, to truly show up with regular rhythm, to own our gifts, and allow ourselves to be seen.
“As I healed, the creativity came back, and the creativity gave me so much joy. It reminded me about play. It reconnected me to nature. It reconnected me back to myself and back to life.” — KATIE LOUISE

Today I share with you a poem which I wrote during the extreme times of 2020. A time so many of us are still processing. I’d just given birth to my first child and life was changing so deeply, so fast, in so many ways. The world was in a state of chaos like we’d never known and I felt deeply attuned to the intense, collective suffering we were all experiencing. And yet, the experience of birthing of my son had shown me the agony and ecstasy of new beginnings – the raw power of surrendering to sacred pain and life unfolding… This poem speaks from that place – and is a prayer for your healing, your wholeness, the medicine of your inner seasons. May you know how held you are.
“There is such potential in the fertile void, the darkness, the in-between – if we can just trust the process, trust the season, trust the sacred pain.” - Rebecca Campbell

Welcome to another episode of Returning: A podcast to return to yourself and the wisdom within.
In this episode, I'm handing the space over to you to hear your questions, and we're going to hash it out together. Today we are exploring: What does 'living the question' mean?
So much in my life aligned once I really understood how to embody my intuition by living the question.
‘Live the question’ is a phrase that comes from one of my favourite books called ‘Letters to a Young Poet’ by Rainer Maria Rilke. Living the question has evolved into a key practice in my life. It changed everything for me once I really understood how to embody my intuition by living the question. I sense it can create significant shifts for you too.
In this episode, I share some big questions that I’m living into right now, as well as the practices I use that help me listen more deeply for the answers.
“‘Living the question’ is all about embodying our intuition - living from a state of curiosity, wonder and humility as we navigate the complexities of being human.” - Rebecca Campbell

In today’s episode, we’re exploring land consciousness: seeing all parts of the earth as sacred and conscious. Taking our place as reverent custodians and protectors of the lands upon which we live.
When I talk about ‘Land Consciousness’ – I’m talking about all parts of the land, stones, plants, trees, rivers, flowers etc – but also its ancestors: its keepers, its custodians, its traditions, its intelligence, its memories, its spiritual essence. It’s about seeing the alive-ness of the earth and land around us.
I’m going to be sharing with you a personal story of how a discovery at my front door brought me to my knees as I realised how profoundly the land we live on provides for us, if we just open our eyes to truly see it. This moment changed so much for me and how I navigate my way through this life, no matter what land I’m on.

Today I’m sharing a personal experience that I’ve never spoken publicly about before. I recorded it on my phone, in bed at 6am - knowing I was ready to speak my story and share it with you.
Content Warning: I will be talking about my experience of miscarriage and baby loss. If this feels supportive, then please listen. If not, feel free to skip this episode.
My intention with this episode is simply to share my story. When I went through miscarriage - something I found so helpful was hearing other people's experiences and especially understanding practically and physically what happened. I really go there in this episode.
Also, whilst it’s a deeply personal experience - it’s so incredibly common - and yet, I don’t feel we are given the space or tools to really speak about it, which can make the entire experience feel incredibly lonely. I know for me, even with the support of my close ones, the experience of it felt so isolating - and I suppose that’s why hearing others share their stories really helped me.
So that’s why I’m speaking my story today. Not as a medical professional, or a bereavement expert - but simply from one human to another - believing and trusting in the importance of speaking our stories - especially when it’s difficult.
“When you go through anything, any kind of grief, any kind of big loss like that, it takes time, and in many cases, time is the only thing that does work.” - Rebecca Campbell

Elizabeth DiAlto has an incredible ability to go deep, fast - whilst also keeping it real.
Please note: this episode contains some grown-up language, be mindful if you have little ears around.
Known for her raw, honest, and nuanced approach to spirituality and the healing arts, Elizabeth DiAlto is an Embodiment Specialist, a Mystic, and host of the Embodied Podcast. In this episode, we go deep into what it means to be embodied in the context of one’s spiritual path. She shares how embodiment goes beyond the physical, how nature and the land relate to embodiment, how your childhood qualities play a role in who you are today, and the importance of being rooted in the present and being fully aware of what you want.
Embodiment is not only getting out of your head and dropping into your body, but it’s also about dropping into your soul, in whatever way that manifests for you. Embodiment is a state of being that you can connect to through intuition.
“When you're embodied, you can notice and name your sensations, emotions, and feelings states, and then on a deeper level, you can perceive your intuition and the presence of spiritual guidance and support." — Elizabeth DiAlto
A native New Yorker of Puerto Rican and mixed-European descent, Elizabeth started her professional life in sales, then moved into health and fitness. In 2013 life finally called her to do her soul's work and she founded what has now evolved into the School of Sacred Embodiment. Elizabeth is a true mystic and I'm lucky to call her my friend. She has an infectious sense of humour and laugh - hence there is a lot of laughing in this episode. And a lot of heart-searing truth.
Key Timestamps:
04:30 What embodiment means in the context of being on a spiritual path, and the difference between paying attention to your body and being embodied.
11:28 The role of nature in embodiment, how the land can be connected to ancestral healing, and how Mother Mary and Mary Magdalene represent themselves for Elizabeth.
20:28 Unique childhood qualities that help explain who Elizabeth is today, and how she has learned to become present and aware of what she wants (as opposed to what the world says she should want.)
35:45 How soul contracts develop, how mothering relates to embodiment, and the roles that awakening and integration play in embodiment.
41:45 The role that trauma plays in embodiment, how your trauma and intuition can work together, and how past life work is best when it relates to your current life’s work.
39:34 How Elizabeth views and embodies courage, and how movement brings her back to the wisdom within.

Today, I share my secret to living a soul-led life.
It took me 20 years to figure it out, but it’ll take you 15 minutes a day.
Over the past decade, I have worked on creating a way of living that taps into the wisdom of the soul and the intelligence of life and grounds it with daily action.
The biggest shift in my life happened when I committed to showing up to listen to and act on the whispers of my soul with a consistent regular rhythm, and that’s what the three steps are all about. I do the three steps every day, and it takes no more than 15 minutes. I wish I had known about them earlier in my life!
Join me as we go through the steps together:
STEP 1. CONNECT with your soul through a soulful practice.
STEP 2. RECEIVE the call of your soul through a practice like Soul Inquiry.
STEP 3. ACT on the whispers of your soul by taking a baby step in that direction.

In today’s short episode, I’m sharing a poem I wrote to myself during one of the most difficult times of my life. A time when I’d been holding on so tightly to the life I’d consciously created, and it all came crashing down around me.
This poem helped me through the darkest of times, and later appeared in my first book, Light Is the New Black. In this episode, I share it with you - praying it too can help you connect with the wisdom and hope available to us when we are sent spiralling through the difficult edges of life. In the moments of darkness, it is easier to see the light. Surrender, and you will see it…

Welcome to another episode of Returning: A podcast to return to yourself and the wisdom within.
Today, I'm sharing one of my favorite Sacred Practices, a meditation called Earth Pulsing.
I created this meditation practice in 2017 when I was craving replenishment and regulation. It is a great practice to find some calm, slow down, get grounded, fill up your well, and regulate yourself.
Join me as we meditate together. It would be great if you could do it in nature, but you can also do it lying on the ground or in a bed.

“How do I tell the difference between my intuition and my head?”
Welcome to another episode of Returning: A podcast to return to yourself and the wisdom within.
In this episode, I am handing the space over to you – to hear your questions, your longings, your struggles, and your breakthroughs. We're going to hash it out together and see if we can follow the thread and all learn a little or perhaps unlearn a little.
Today we're exploring the question: How do I tell the difference between my intuition and my head?
I can't tell you how often I get asked this question. It's a common struggle for us all, whether we're setting out on our path or maybe life gets in the way, and we feel we've lost our connection.
So I'll share with you how to understand the four primary intuitive senses that are constantly communicating with us and the nine ways I've learned to discern between the voice in my head and my intuition.

Welcome to the first episode of Returning: A podcast to return to yourself and the wisdom within. I’m so glad you’re here.
Whilst the energy of creating a podcast has been calling me for a long while, it took a long time to get really clear on why I'm doing it. What's the intention? How is it going to help people? Living into these questions has really shaped this new podcast in a way that I hope will really serve, support and encourage you to return to the wisdom within.
So what do I really mean when I talk about "returning to the wisdom within"? In this first episode, we dive deep into that very question. I’ll also lay out what you can expect from me going forward - each season features a diverse selection of episode styles - some episodes will be short to help you connect with the wisdom within quickly, others will be more in-depth deep-dives. So no matter how long you have, you can always find something to return you to the wisdom within.
I’m so glad you’re here, let’s begin.
“My life completely changed when I developed a deep relationship with my inner self and made the decision to ask this part of me to step forward and lead.” - Rebecca Campbell
