In celebration of the 40th anniversary & theatrical re-issue of TALKING HEADS' classic concert film, ‘Stop Making Sense’, we discussed the film with EVA WALKER (Sub-Pop recording artist The Black Tones, KEXP’s Early show). We talked about getting to see the original concert tour in person, how the smallest stage moves can create the biggest waves, why Taking Heads initially creeped Eva out, the follies of being a young music snob, Eva working with Stop Making Sense performer Ednah Holt & how Tina Weymouth is the fucking coolest.
So, all you slippery people, prepare to get your knees wobbling back and forth as we dive into this week’s Revolutions Per Movie.
