The guys catch up on all the moves made in the NHL's Atlantic Division this summer and give their takes on how the teams will do, as well as standings predictions and a hot take/breakout player for each team.

The guys begin their yearly divisional previews by catching up on all the moves that occurred in the Metropolitan Division this offseason and get hockey fans prepped for all the things to expect in the Metro this season. They also give some hot takes and predictions for the teams in addition to naming one breakout player per team. They also take some time to talk about the tragic loss of Johnny and Matthew Gaudreau and Johnny's long-lasting legacy and impact on the game of hockey.

The boys go over the recent transactions over the past month. They'll get you all caught up for the division previews which will begin soon. From St. Louis Blues offer sheets, to the trades around the league, and some of the most notable contracts of the late offseason, come get caught up and ready as we enter the home stretch of the offseason.

Clayton and Nic discuss the Byfield re-signing, Tarasenko signing and all other post-July 2nd signings. They also go in depth on the trades that have occurred since then, except for the Matthew Savoie trade, which will be discussed when Coleman returns. They finish up with some Islanders talk and early on in the Pod get into a discussion about the possible youth movement in Pittsburgh

The boys talk winners and losers of the 2024 NHL Draft and first couple days of Free Agency. They also get into their favorite picks from the draft and favorite signings from FA, with a few little Buffalo Sabres infused rants from Coleman.

The boys start out by discuss the cup then get into the upcoming NHL draft and talk about a few prospects to watch on draft day. From there they talk about the recent trades and news around the NHL before ending on the rumors around the league and some trades that may come soon.
