Hers is a true bootstraps story, having worked her way up and networked herself into her first tour management job many years ago using her passion, dedication, innate skills, and sheer determination as a guiding force. AJ's story is truly inspirational yet sadly, has also been marked by AJ falling victim to sexual assault -- but she has persevered!!
